The property was clean and staff was affable. As for me, the location was great, near Moody Theater, restaurants and cafes and stores, and the fancy shops on south congress. Downtown Austin district was worth visiting.

I got great value for my money with a wonderfully comfy bed and a fresh, quirky room that made my stay enjoyable. the staff was super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond during the busy SXSW event, making me feel right at home.
Hotel breakfast could benefit from clearer coffee policies.
